Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access, no refunds or cancellations are provided once the payment is completed.

In case of:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical issues preventing access to the workshop

You may contact us within 48 hours of payment, and the issue will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method as per Razorpay’s standard timelines.
